I feel the same away about reviews. Still researching myself, but right now I’m using a free one, TweetDeck. I also use TwitterFeed to add my blog posts RSS to automatically update on my twits. And I use other free services like Twuffer to schedule tweets, and iwise to post famous quotations. Not the best set up but works until I find something better and that meets more of my needs. Some of the services are too spammy! Getting large numbers so fast seems to sacrifice the relationships you could be building along the way. I don’t see Twitter as an “internet marketing tool”, you can really spot people who are just on Twitter to promote… And you can waste time on it, like anything else, right? Si I schedule and spend only 15 or so minutes to focus on my coaching practice and blogging.
